Deco Girdle Skirt
Our classic high waist midcentury open bottom girdle skirt, created in grayscale with silk charmeuse front panel and high quality, supportive base materials.
Inspired by the 1920's film Metropolis, the double layer front silk panel features a gorgeous art deco inspired print with a stabilizing inner layer to help keep the stomach in check, the high waistline with thick 2-inch plush elastic nips slightly at the waist, and the strong weight to the powernet in the body gently accentuates a flattering hourglass silhouette, all helping you to look and feel your best! 6 metal garter straps (no plastic!) to keep you stockings up all day and night without slipping or snapping.
The black satin panels are my absolute favorite part - these are authentic vintage material used in the original girdles that is longer made today. I purchased the last few rolls before the factory went out of business several years ago. The best feature of this material is that is a strong, sturdy weight to keep your figure in check, but with plenty of sturdy stretch in just on direction for ease of movement. Plus the sheen of the satin is just unmatched in modern materials!
